I don't think it is as much as there is news pending as it is more about the clock is running out on anyone hoping to get cheap shares, the hearing is 2 weeks from today and now counting down. I believe this is going run up a few ticks before we even get to July 14th at 1:30pm eastern time. but after that hearing this could be a blow-out depending on what company ends up taking it.. you just never know what it could be.. you just never know.
