In an interview with Les Affaires,Sayona Québec's CEO, Guy Laliberté, said he was, of course, pleased with the judgment. "We didn't have much doubt about the outcome," he says.

At the time of posting this article online, Sayona Québec was not yet in a position to specify the entire financial package to take over lithium North America's activities.
