I just finished reading this, and to say it is concerning is an understatement. It is a far cry from the rosy picture painted on the PEA call a few months ago.
Maybe I am wrong, but it seems like it was written to intentionally scare the crap out of investors. It's hard to figure out how much of it is "cover their ass" verbiage and how much of it is serious concerns for the company.
Having said that, I went into this with my eyes open and am in it for the long haul with over 100K shares. If it ends up to be a sinking ship, I will go down with the ship.
