I didn't comb through the document. Only had time to glance at it, but I didn't see anything significantly different from previous disclosures. There were the usual going concern disclosures, but nothing new. Keep in mind that the financials cover the period ending March 31. All of their disclosures stated "as of March 31, 2021...", and I didn't see any subsequent events. Updates on progress are what we're waiting for.

I am not concerned. They are staying current. More than many OTC companies do.

A reported loss is expected in 2020.
