Of course you are right. All those SEC penalties to large brokerage houses for selling shares while telling their customers to buy and illegal fails to borrow etc. etc. are just my imagination creating mythical boogey men out of thin air.
The brokerage houses are completely ethical companies that do not skirt or violate the rules.
