I am not disputing that is what is being currently practiced. All I'm saying is from a legal standpoint that is not what their 10-Q states. Also I asked Charlie directly if the FULL amount of a contract goes into the backlog and he said yes.
"Total of newly signed contracts" so you sign a contract and the full amount goes into the backlog. how can this be read any differently? I am really not trying to split hairs just giving my opinion. Don't even get me started on the largest contract in company history not being "material".
