To me, this sounded like a commitment, ""Your Directors are committed to ensuring that these transactions are concluded. We are aiming for conclusions before this month (and the Quarter) end date; being June 30, 2021. We are committed to swift resolutions and the closing of our negotiations at this point of time.

But we all know, good chance nothing will happen tomorrow. If we have to wait for the Sec, this could still be months away. Gncp has to come through with some of their own promises at the same time. We've come a long way since January, but there is no way we should be trading at.0003/4/5. Gncp have to take a serious positive interest in the day to day trading that will make the pps head north, not south. jmo.

I think the best beginning with this "Clean Up" would be, if we would get the promised dividends for example.
