GNCP - Thanks! I really believe there is a lot more going on behind the scenes that we are not and cannot be made aware of.

I also believe that the SEC is trying to Clean Up our Markets and until they are complete with all the necessary rules being approved and processed into the Federal Registry we will not see these Deals.

The Good News is I believe this was supposed to happen this week. Perhaps Next week will be the week that the SEC Approves the last few and makes them all official in the Federal Registry?
