It depends. If the RS news coincides with uplist news it can be interpreted as positive. Especially with all the positive news flow they have had here of late.
And to shrink the OS and AS via the reverse split would be positive.
It is typically a signal to run. But if this company is accurately reporting revs and is legit with what their plans are for the future, then an RS wouldn’t be so bad and would allow them to reach their uplist goal very quickly.
