In order to up list they also need a certain amount of shares out. If they did a R/S they would not meet that requirement. So in my opinion that is not an option.

Just my opinion, I don’t want a RS, last RS I went through was a disaster, live and learn, I’m out if they announce a RS. Prefer my stocks to earn it.
