You've mentioned moving before. My bet is it will be a life changer for you in so many ways. Having more room to grow you can take what you've learned so far and expand it by doing new things due to more room.
BTW ............ yes ............. your place and the other be first place they'd go.
And the ones who think are going to think I bet he has a freezer of food.
Makes sense to hit the road if able.
Where I live gardens are everywhere so I don't have that factor.
But I do live around a bunch of self entitled people amongst the working people so there is that factor.
Sure I could sell but go where?
Every state I had on my list in the past has gone nuts price wise.
Think we going to stay here unless an opportunity presents it's self.
