Been in the markets for 35 years, and have much experience with OTC.
I know 99% are run by scheisters who blatantly lie, sell shares to meet payroll - which usually consists of just one check - and go through their life cycle never having never produced a good or service, then they're gone.
Yeah, yeah, this one is different. I know. She sells an acne product, I suppose, and now has designs on cornering the protein bar market......ha.
It's the same old game with the doc, though. She's my age. I figured by now she could pull off a true success. She's pulling down a paycheck. It's the OTC.
Will leave my 1.8 mil shares to my widow, and then she's been instructed to pass them down generationally until the company doesn't exist. Or, sell at .30/share. Whichever comes first.
