I think you are reading it correctly because in Jerry's interview with Coach Nick Money he specifically said it did not make sense to go to a Higher OTC. He said it made more sense to go to a Nasdaq/NYSE level.

Werbe, I can not argue with that. Absolutely. I reflected on short term, long term (many months as I see it) it is likely they intend to aspire and do what is necessary to achieve NASDAQ status. RTON is here to stay!
