Rookie question here, just haven't heard many talking about this...
Doesn't the NASDAQ require PPS minimum of $1.00?
If so, would RTON's plan to achieve this be a R/S or sell to a big boy who will restructure the O/S? I don't see how this could become a market share of $5.5+ Billion organically.
