The skeptic in me says that someone so brainwashed/uneducated to be anti-vax would say "Fish oil for COVID? You're nuts! I'm not taking it". Well, if they were in the hospital maybe they'd agree to take it - very few people will deny meds prescribed to them in the ICU.
