buck, ... If not the name of the attorney, how about the type of suit, the legal theories (counts of the complaint) and a list of the defendants? Nobody should give any attorney any money to file a suit without getting - at least - that information. ... eom

That is exactly what is wrong with this suit that may/could be funded by shareholders. Everyone wont be able to talk with the attorney, and I am sure as hell wont be one that will contribute to the suit without being able to talk with OUR attorney. I can just imagine if people like Mona, Tuscan, Tramp, or McTurdydung would be our point people on this suit. By the time information got back to us, it would be so watered down and slanted in Urban's benefit that it would just not be worth the time or money to proceed.

I am personally embarrased that I put so much money into CMKX and got my friends into this, only to see everyone of them lose every single penny thanks to my own stupidity.

I am right now too embarrased to put my name on a lawsuit.

I would like me and my friends to drill Carolyn though, then me and Urban would be OK.
