Good back and forth from both of ya. Do to the fact that there is very little to audit under the “shell” status - I would think it wouldn’t be to cumbersome. O’Shea has some background on any hurdles involved. Lots of moving parts…should be seeing some news and/or clarity on progress. Have a feeling Mike will disclose some news this week. He’s gotta be itching to get an acquisition or two up and moving, maybe more so than any of us !!! LOL
