Spoke to my brother this morning. His daughter just sold her house and he was headed over there today to argue with the inspector about some sewer issue. My brother is a super star engineer (worked for Bechtel, Westinghouse...), but that's not the point.
The point (for those who don't know) is he was diagnosed stage 4 cancer years ago, participated in DXVax Direct trial at MD Anderson years ago, and is still arguing septic inspections today.
He's only one data point but... not a bad one.
