Meeeh..not "totally fake." Here's a document from the Dallas criminal court when BDGR's current CEO was arrested for felony theft.
According to this document prepared by the Dallas County Magistrate states that the "currently incarcerated individual" named was "informed that if he was not an citizen of the United States" that he had "the right to contact consular officials of his country" in order to notify them that one of their citizens had been arrested.
As you can see, the individual so named took advantage of this right by stating he was a citizen of "UKRAINE." Apparently he had not bothered to become a naturalized citizen of the U.S. as of that date.
