It is my opinion, there is close to zero chance this matter is settled anywhere remotely close to the value of the judgment. The appeal will not be resolved until the 1st or 2nd quarter of 2022. If they then take it to the Supreme Court, settlement and closure in the United States will be in the 3rd quarter of 2022. If the Supreme Court grants the Writ of Centiorari, we are looking at 2023.
