Not sure anyone was expecting courts to settle this lol. Impressed they even showed up even if it was for show as they had zero intent.

They didn’t put up the bond so I’m sure they are looking under very rock and will jump when the collection is big enough. That will garner their attn finally that this isn’t going away. Can’t see this getting past appeal but anything possible.

If they don't do a bond for the appeal the judge will throw this out pronto....you just can't stall like this. What is the final date for the appeal/bond?
