I'm not a lawyer but seems like they want to dismiss most of it due being over 2 years old (which apparently is the time limitation for the torts). Then they dispute the claims even if the timeline wasn't an issue based on termination with cause.
Sure would be a nice surprise to have the case dismissed this summer before the fall court date and leading into the pilot. I have no idea how long these court processes take though.
