Its important for everyone to understand: Koos is doing everything that he legally needs to with the ChemDiv lawsuit. Its a simple lawsuit, currently in settlement negotiations… and with the incoming funding, its resolution is even simpler. No one is hiding it. ChemDiv provided a large amount Lab research hours and scientists, and were not compensted as per schedule. Lawsuit filed Dec 19 2019. Simple matter of funding. No more or less. Then since very early 2020(Global Pandemic), was impossible to get funded the capital needed not only to pay off ChemDiv but also continue on the work as anyone with funding would want as part of the funding deal(imo). Zero Labs were open largely because a world wide pandemic sucked every dollar out of every medicine not covid related. Chemdiv had to protect themselves. Simple as that. No ill will at all. And that matters. For later... its not secret the IP here. Or its medical impact. Or its value. Or who is/was involved. So keep dreaming that everyone has the same amnesia as the other scientists.

mRNA was never a heavily funded mainstrem science. In fact largely considered as abstract. Funding for it was always difficult, at best. Yet we managed to produce how mich IP? And approximately 15 different possible therapies, some with FDA IND numbers issued to them. We own thousands of hours of cutting edge IP thats been advanced thru a variety of heavy hitter Research names. Hello?

Now look around. Funding is back? How about any speck of decent mRNA is exploding into the front runner mainstream funded research. Significant? Hello?. And in a big way. Value in Regen Stock is up large. This will help. Not only to settle but perhaps... restart the cutting edge technology back up... as the global market shift is known... and popular. Especially by ChemDiv. Maybe they want to settle as bad as Koos and make this about the Science. Wouldnt that be refreshing! Id think so.

IMHO.
