Bet I know the plan.....

1.Keep this ticker Pink current which means a simple copy/paste of zero's (that a twelve year old could do in MS WORD or EXCEL) in basically every column from prior quarterly filings. He needs this current to file for a RS and continue to be quoted after 9/28.

2.DUMP the final shares of the 40B AS by the end of 2021.

3.Announce a MASSIVE 1 for 100 reverse split (or larger) in early 2022.POOF the OS becomes a mere 400 million shares. Of course shareholders get burnt to the ground with an RS but eh....

4.Just for PUMPING sake (along with yet another BS "acquisition") also announce that the AS will drop 50% down to ONLY 20 billion shares. Looks good and still leaves Eddie 19.6 billion shares to DUMP.
