A filing will undoubtedly come out the 29th or 30th extending the buy-back period as well as the dividend qualification/pay-out date. Both need to be addressed because we are not current, yet. I will be watching to see if the amount of the buy back shares has increased ("...or more as needed,,,") already says enough. Since he can't talk about these until current, he needs to address it with a filing. JMO

He could have already done the majority of the buyback but extend the buy back for a long time to come as more money becomes available
