Well brother... I really don't want to come across as negative because there is plenty to be happy about.
We ended the week on a high note. We have buy back incoming. Which means financials will be done and we'll be current and we'll get to see revs and start using the Lux Fund and everything will fall into place. Future uplist to OTCQB which will bring in new investors. Listings on Frankfurt and KRX. Eventually Nasdaq. Float will get sucked up. It will be picture perfect.
But to be real, the A/S really doesn't matter. Lowering it is more for appearances than for substance. Appearances are important, but kind of empty since he can bring it back up again any time he wants to, just like he did when he was trying to gain equity from noteholders. Again, not trying to be negative and I realize that it's coming across that way. I just look at it more as a false sense of security when there are tons of other things that are going to push us in the right direction.
