David you are just too logical about all of this! How the heck do you expect people to focus on the negative possibilities when you keep pointing out the positive facts??? You're robbing all of the whiny types the opportunity to do what they love!

Thank you for your comprehensive post.

With various entities negotiating for their piece of the CDCH/MDMN pie, do you have any sense as to whether the JV will comprise multiple parties currently jockeying for their stake OR do you gather that there may be a potential bidding war for the whole JV between key players (e.g. Sumi and Hochschild)?

Obviously this is all speculation, but I just wanted to get a sense of how the JV could potentially shake out.
