Everyone,
CDCH website now contains the same basic update from yesterday after the BOD approved it, so I will not post it here. I believe more updates are on there way.

The last official letter from JJ gave several reasons for the delays in getting a joint venture done. Yet, I continue to read on various boards all the complaints about delays, doubts about if a major company is even still in negotiations with MDMN and CDCH. Complaints about how were only going to get a low ball JV offer etc…

It is obvious to me we are NOT dealing with just two majors here. We are dealing with more. Look at JJ statement posted on the web sites “as we are involved with various major companies”. Various means several major companies not just two or none as some imply or claim.

Notice JJ further said “Detailed satellite imaging and mapping has concluded”. Are the majors doing this to have a nice picture on their office walls?

JJ further said “The value of additional new properties adjacent to Lipangue had to be assessed as to possible increase of acquisition values”. (By the way what does acquisition mean?) He further noted “demands placed upon major resource companies adds value and negotiating power to our position” Hmmm, possible increase of acquisition values, and adds value and negotiating power to our position is what JJ said, nothing there about the value of CDCH or MDMN going down yet many of you act like it! If it adds value and negotiating power to OUR POSITION doesn’t that tell you JJ and BOD were correct by not taking the initial JV offer that was on the table back at the time of the AGM???

How many of you are mining experts? I am not! So I rely on common sense. We have the reports of mining experts/geologists from Gordon House, A.C. Howe, Terrance Smithson, and as JJ said in his letter “various major companies, each of which have their own geological staffs and Abogados” (attorneys). So that gives us at least 6 independent groups of experts in mining/ geology all reporting great value in these properties. The reports we have which give numbers indicate this is a world class mining project waiting to happen. If you are worried about the majors geological staffs and what they are saying it should be obvious since they are still negotiating. Would they spend more money doing satellite imaging and mapping on worthless property? Would it take them over a year to decide the property is worthless? Would JJ put out for public record this statement “adds value and negotiating power to our position”. My common sense tells me all of these mining engineers and geologists can’t all be wrong. What does your common sense tell you?

So today we get another update….
“Due to the above, the mineral claims remain in excellent standing (“Mensura”), and Medinah Minerals and Cerro Dorado are each fully recognized and protected to conduct business as Chilean business entities”.

“Complete mineral assays results are being promulgated which will be forthcoming in a subsequent shareholder update report. Each of the new claims have been fully researched in the Chilean mining recorders office. (remember CDCH added around 900 hectors after the AGM) During the next two weeks a full and comprehensive mapping will be produced to show the entirety of Medinah Minerals, and Cerro Dorado respective claims, and the newly acquired claims as officially recorded”.

Why do some feel this is not important information for the shareholder to know? Isn’t this good news? Maybe you’re the type of investor who likes to invest in a mining stock not knowing if the property is fully recognized and protected. Give me a break! I am sure this wasn’t considered to be a minor thing to the major or majors who desire to JV with CDCH and MDMN!

There are too many positives happening here for people to be negative!

I will stick with JJ on his statement from his letter to us “We will reach our goals.”

Take a deep breath and watch this unfold. I believe all here will be pleasantly surprised and elated with the outcome. IMHO this is a world class mine and all those in negotiations know it, thus the extra time spent will be worth it.
