PowerUp is a toxic "lender" that gets its shares at a substantial discount to market (up to 75% less than we pay for them) and dumps them immediately before the market drops on the coming news of that dilution.....usually following a pump PR by "management".
Wayne Anderson has put tens of millions of these dollars in his pocket over the last decade or so. If Wayne is involved, this is just another scam.
