you raise some good points. I do think there are some things we know and we can distinguish those from things we expected, wanted, hoped for, or were told. By "know" I'm not talking perfect knowledge like god would have or something- for example, I think it safe to safe "we know there WAS a significant short postion" and we can support that with fact. We could then say "it appears that short postion still exists" since there is no evidence of significant settlement and volumes have been low (DD that shows otherwise would be very important) We could also say "don has a history of dissapointing pr's" and we could go back and show the facts supporting that. I could go on and on....Given all the spare time some seem to have- it might be good to organize some of the facts, hopes, duductions, hypotheses, etc. and let people plainly see. that would probably take some form of leadership and team building to make it really successful.
tenacious you are correct to defend the legitimate concerns of investors. If we could unify on this board, and become generally nicer, not only would it be a better place to be- but it may pay off for all. HAving some trust and kindess here with locals and newbies and with some of the large holders would be cool-
