There are far too many powerful parties invested in HIM for him to fail. Governments. International diamond organizations. Lawyers. Doctors. Big names that don't want their reps to be tarnished and wouldn't have invested in him if they thought that would happen. I mean... the FREAKING CENTRAL BANK OF VIETNAM IS WORKING WITH HIM!
