IMHO, there is a little bit of credibility problem issue with investors due to the Company's failure to indicate names of third parties in their deal announcements. Perhaps they are prohibited by confidentiality agreements from making such disclosures. Nevertheless it casts a shadow of a doubt over whether or not the deal is bona fide; particularly when the Company indicates that "the check is in the mail". The inability of investors to conduct due diligence and research third parties is hampering true wild-fire type interest. Personally I believe it is a matter of when not if and I am still buying.
