I spoke CYDY management recently regarding insider purchases. What was mentioned was they have 3 one month windows (due to company not being a revenue generating company) that they can purchase company stock. One earlier in the year (didn't mention which month but I am assuming April/May) and once in August and one last time in October. This should answer the insider purchasing question.
