While NP and cohorts are not qualified to run a bio tech company they are not stupid enough to buy company shares at market. These guys get options to buy shares at various points in time and hopefully, over time the share price exceeds the strike price of the option and the executives can make millions with no money out of pocket. Besides why put all your eggs in one basket? Anyone floating such a notion is naive to the business world.
