He said before in a CC he will not do it because it usually never ever works out. He knows this through his own experience. He hates them. He said the only way it would ever ever happen is if there is something absolutely massive as a catalyst that will benefit the shareholders afterwards. He also said if it ever was to happen it would be a long way down the road and when the pps is really high.

He said Vinafilms revenue alone which we will see in the 2021 filings can uplist PHIL to the Nasdaq. So why is a RS ever needed. If he ever did one, which he has no plans on doing so, would be way down the road and when the pps is really high. It would be a tiny one in my mind “if” it ever happened. BUT it’s not in the cards so we need not talk about it any more.

Any professional CEO can never rule out 100% a RS, just won't happen. Henry will do everything to not have to do one unless He is certain it is done in strength. IMO

I watched him yesterday and he Never Never said anything nor talked about a RS...why you say he did makes me question your motive here ?
