I think the simple and therefore incomplete answer is that Traders believe in absolutes. Up a tick, down a tick; I'm in the green, I'm in the red. Legal decisions are slower and more convoluted.

Additionally; an anticipated decision by a different court in the future can not influence a decision today.

Re-listen..Judge said if they weren't current by June 30th (SEC filer Deadline) they could/would re-visit Sharp custodianship...
