Edited. There would be a many people that might file a lawsuit if a vehicle for all the investors, past and present, wasnt made. Hence the central point: Regen stocks and SEC Compliance, the focus point currently. Our Vehicle to ride the coattail of this IP collection. Plus, this is how Koos gets leagally paid too. I think a merger is more likely. Cheaper to merge than buyout. The company needs to be current to merge.
