So my understanding of what you are saying is this stock is done. Doesn't matter what happens today or tomorrow. There is no way to petition for extra time to respond. Just done as of this morning?

It seems like many have already taken any gains before the
suspension or in grey trading. Prolly rest will take a tax loss.

Whenever the A.L.J. ruling occurs it will be too late to recover any money for VIBI shareholders.

Europe is done for the weekend...and nothing yet. It looks like some heavy selling volume today too.

A difficult choice on whether to leave one's money to chance, versus selling off then taking a tax loss.
If the SEC puts out its Final Order late today or on Monday, trading could halt, with stuckholders left.
