216,780,998 + 20,500,000 + 106,034,326
+ 261,358 = 343,576,682 shares that have been issued. Do not make the mistake of subtracting restricted shares from that. Restricted shares will become tradable one day, unless they are cancelled (and that rarely happens on pink sheet/OTC companies). Same as the shares issued for collateral, until they are returned and cancelled, they are part of the O/S. That leaves our 1.5mm cancelled shares at only .43% of the float. Call me a joker all you want, but my 20+ years of experience is telling me that these are the facts. You can twist the numbers all you want to suit your own reality but ask yourself this one real question - 'If the share structure is so great and the 1.5mm cancelled shares is a big thing, then why is the stock price at .035 and not moving up? If you can answer these types of questions honestly to yourself then you will do much better in the stock market.

PS: Dont take my word for it because these are not really my words. Someone told me the same things about 10 years ago, and I fought it then too, but you know what? I was wrong.

PPS: Lighten up, I came here because I think this has potential.
