Regen has until a September 28th deadline to become pink current, but with the first 10-K already filed last week... I would expect them to have everything else completed and submitted to the SEC before the end of July. :-)

Correct!!! And we don't need Attorney letter like ENZ@ did, because Regen is a sec direct filling company!
