Murine data suggests that it is not toxic.

My argument was more about the small amount required for effect logically leading to a not toxic conclusion. That I disagree with.

The other information available suggests that it is likely safe. But, that is what the P1 trial in humans is about. What happens in mice doesn't always happen in humans.
