They were selling online early on, not just through stores. That's probably the difference. That would have been instant revenues.
The new stores were just signed up, not necessarily selling product right out of the gate. The logistics of the product supply line would need to be set up and get operating to see cash flow.
Bottom line, they made it look like it was going to be quick and easy but it's tedious and slow trying to follow all the protocols for long term sustained growth.
