WHY DUE DILIGENCE IS SO ESSENTIAL

I know I owe some roll-ups here....from yesterday AND today! I've been buried with work so it's been eating into my time to share my thoughts.

For this post, I want to stress why it's so important to conduct due diligence before spouting off something that is entirely misleading.

Gotta wonder if the company is selling shares to raise enough money to fill the pre-order offerings to shareholders

There is no wondering if this is happening. The company isn't diluting or selling shares here - there isn't even room for that in the share structure to amount to anything substantial at this price point. This is a critical point in the stock price...that would be extremely counterproductive to their objective. Further, GRPS management is made up of Medical Doctors and Chiropractic Doctors. The Chairman has been part of many other Companies that have done very well in one regard or another (debate for another time). But, there is not a massive amount of overhead or operating cost right now. I think a team of MDs and DCs after 30+ years of practice has the $250,000ish to get the ball rolling. They aren't looking to Re-build FedEx Field.

PayPal still broke!

PayPal isn't "broke". PayPal currently does not permit the use of their payment platform for the sale of products containing Cannabidiol (CBD). Know how I know that? I called them and they told me so. It's also outlined in their Acceptable Use Policy.

How stupid is management here?

About the PayPal thing? How stupid are they that they haven't forced PayPal to change their Acceptable Use Policy?

Spend all their time making movies and colouring the logo!

Every professional company has a solid logo and some form of marketing campaign to establish brand recognition and to aid in the acquisition of contracts...which ultimately results in revenue. And they probably spent half a day with the marketing team shooting that. It was three and a half minutes long.

Back to pre-week-full-of-news prices.
Bad news!!!

I'm not saying the stock won't still slip further from here until contracts are revealed... I don't control when someone wants to give away a winning lottery ticket that's already been scratched, and is clearly a winner. But the stock is up 37% from last week (.0095 - .013)...and with very average volume. The 10day is sitting at 6.4M and we ended the day today at 6.5M. There was a lack of bid support today. Period. Not a single thing that the company has shared over the last several days has been bad. If what they said was misinterpreted by someone, well, that's their choice to see it that way I suppose. Words mean things. "Very exciting things to share" is not, "an official PR every day this week amounting to 250,000,000 in contracts"... no matter how bad you wanted it to mean exactly that. We will see contracts, it's only a question of when.

The story is being told, bit by bit. Sell, buy, hold. Those are the choices.

.10 coming. But don't take my word for it. I'm just a British SAS operative... Retired, of course.
