If VIBI does not respond to the Order To Show Cause "by June 25, 2021, why the registration of its securities should not be revoked by default due to its failure to file an answer and to otherwise defend this proceeding."

The ADMIN LAW JUDGE will thereafter move to revoke Vilacto Bio Inc.'s stock registration(s) by default. Once that happens the VIBI ticker will no longer exist and the stock will not trade on any public market.
