You were "green" in your account yesterday, I assume. Not too many people were "red" yesterday. If so, we need only return to those levels for you to be "green." How long you hold is up to you and your tolerance. Everyone had a "red" day and experienced "paper loses". You only really lose if you sell and accept the lose. That is why people advise patience.
