We don't know if Chemdiv is negotiating. All we know is that Regen is trying to so we can be assured Regen sent an offer to Chemdiv. We'll see if there is a successful agreement. But as I have stated, I hope Chemdiv tells Koos to eff off and that they'll see his deadbeat behind in court in Oct. Remember, both parties wanted a trial jury per Court documents so we can only guess that Koos' lawyer told him he should settle instead of taking the chance of being found guilty on all charges and lose the little he has.

GO CHEMDIV! DESTROY KOOS AND TAKE ALL OF THE PATENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE 1000s of lab hours of work they did!

mRNA is still not proven. It is why it's been a bust for so long. And if it is so effective, why did the BPs ask for protection not to be sued due to side effects? Vical and Merck knew there were issues. But hey, that's another thing for many to ignore.

The Company has entered into settlement negotiations with the Plaintiff <meaning RGBP put forth an offer to Chemdiv> in order to resolve this dispute in a mutually acceptable manner. Although the Company currently believes a mutually acceptable settlement can be agreed to by the parties no assurance can be given that a mutually acceptable settlement will occur and no assurance can be given that the outcome of this legal proceeding will not adversely affect the Company’s financial condition and operations.
