Well, I read the complaint....
These morons are even dumber than I thought.
Not only did they lie about the share price at the time of acquisition in the filing and that the product has a proprietary formula (it doesn't) but they're going to have to prove that they had a relationship with the "sports figure" (probably Tom Brady whose agent issued a ceast and desist letter to them), will have to explain how Stan was receiving inside information on the company, why Stan was being invited to events across the country, AND be subjected to scrutiny with their backgrounds, knowing that they have unclean hands.
Personally, I would have a field day with interragoratories, production of documents, and discovery on these clowns.
