I've had many otc ceo's email me. Once had a ceo so chummy he told me when pr's would come out and what was in them! I had to tell him to stop doing it because I couldn't trade the stock until after the news broke because it would've been illegal. Some of these otc ceo's are not the brightest...
So yes you can certainly get these guys to email, phone conversations and if you're savvy even insider Intel but that last one is a line I don't cross.
