It is quite odd. Never seen anything like it myself. I think they have been communicating with the SEC, and a decision is in the SEC's hands at this point. I would not be surprised if CBBT is given a very short extension to get their filings current, with the ultimatum that if they don't get it done, they are delisted completely. My guess is that their excuse that they've been embroiled in a complicated buyout may have been a good enough excuse for a little leeway.
