Infrastructure could be a problem. 3rd world nation. But I thought you were against BITF moving older rigs down to Argentina, because of the cheap electrical costs. Why have you changed your stance? You like El Salvador, but not Argentina. Infrastructure in Argentina isn't a problem. Right next door to the power plant.
Power should come from all places, not just renewable energy. I don't fall for all the global warming crap.
